Matt Mumma
Mr. Mumma is the President and CEO of the Ohio based healthcare real estate firm, Scioto Properties. In this position, Mr. Mumma leads the development and implementation of the organization’s long and short-term strategic objectives. Mr. Mumma plans and directs all aspects of Scioto’s real estate activities, drives business development, maintains awareness of the competitive market landscape, and utilizes his extensive healthcare background to identify expansion opportunities and monitor industry developments.
Prior to joining Scioto Properties Mr. Mumma was with Central Ohio based healthcare provider, ViaQuest for twenty years. During this time, Mr. Mumma held numerous executive positions including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance/Administrative Officer, Vice President of Quality Assurance and Regional Director. In addition, he helped to develop and diversify ViaQuest from one company to eight distinct and diversified lines of healthcare business.
Mr. Mumma’s areas of expertise included strategic planning, budget development and adherence, business development, operational oversight, corporate compliance, regulatory compliance, risk management, process improvement, program development, accreditation compliance and policy development.
Mr. Mumma earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, from The Ohio State University.
