Heather Janci brings over a decade of DD/IDD experience to her role as Executive Consultant of Provider Strategy at SETWorks. She specializes in day services, employment supports, CARF accreditation, and advocacy. A former nonprofit director, Heather serves on the NJ APSE Professional Development Committee and the NJ Best Buddies Board. Her deep-rooted passion for the IDD community informs her collaborative, outcomes‑driven approach. When she’s not partnering with agencies to optimize service delivery, you’ll find her creating lasting memories with her husband and five children.
