Larry Swabe
Larry Swabe, MSL, has over 35 years of experience with state and local governments in North Carolina, including 11 years with two LME/MCOs. He served as the Director of TCL at Cardinal Innovations and later as the Olmstead Policy Manager with Alliance Health. After he attempted retirement, he started Swabe Consulting, LLC, and is currently working with TAC as a Coach/Trainer and co-lead for the CST Coaching & Technical Assistance Initiative. He also consults with other agencies that are seeking to improve the quality and effectiveness of their programs through training, coaching, and leadership development.
