Herb Whitesell is a Founder and Managing Partner of Davidson, Holland, Whitesell & Co., PLLC, CPAs (DHW). Mr. Whitesell and DHW work extensively with IDD Providers and stakeholders, with the IDD industry representing DHW’s largest industry focus. DHW conducted the Direct Care Worker (DCW) wage study that recently resulted in approximately $180 million in recurring State and Federal dollars directed to Innovations DCWs. Mr. Whitesell also led an effort, through Rubicon Management, Inc., to increase ICF rates over $100 per day, for the benefit of ICF DCWs.
He has been an advisor and advocate for the IDD industry for 35 years.
