Abigail Kaufmann
Abigail Kaufmann is the Community Support Team Lead for Wake County at SouthLight Healthcare. Abigail is passionate about cultivating the best opportunities and spaces for people to receive quality mental health and substance use services in North Carolina. She began her career at SouthLight as an intern in 2020 with the Community Support Team program and also interned in SouthLight’s Behavioral Health Outpatient program. In 2022, she graduated from North Carolina State University with her master’s degree in social work and accepted a position as the team lead for the same CST team that helped her discover her passion for community mental health. She has been working with her team ever since to provide quality CST services to members in the Wake County area.
