Richard Anderson
Richard is the current President & CEO at Horizons Residential Care Center, a Rural Hall based non-profit serving children and adults through community-based residential and respite services. Richard has served in North Carolina’s MH/SUD/II/D service system for 37 years, in both state operated services and in the community-based service system. Richard is a former Secretary, Vice President, and President of the North Carolina Provider’s Council, serving many years on this board in an effort to advocate for all providers and those we support. Richard has also served on the NC TIDE Conference Committee for many years, and currently serves as President of the ICF Providers Association as he continues his work in supporting North Carolina’s provider network.
