Donna Stevenson
Donna is the Sr. Director of Practice and Payer Transformation at Alliance Health Plan. She has spent the last three years preparing the organization and provider led entities to shift to Tailored Plan Care Management. Donna has spent the last 22 years of her career working with physical health providers and behavioral health providers to transform to value-based reimbursements and patient centered medical homes. She has extensive experience in working with population health analytics and improving agency performance on clinical quality metrics. She also has an MA In Counseling and worked as a Child and Family Therapist in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
