Kenneth Bausell
Kenneth Bausell, BSN, RN–Senior Director of Employment and Inclusion at the Department of Health and Human Services. Kenneth currently serves as the Senior Director of Employment and Inclusion where he supports the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, the Division of Services Blind, the Division of Services for Deaf and Hard of Hearing and Employment First.
Kenneth has over 15 years of experience supporting people with disabilities in a variety of community-based settings which includes group homes, care management, direct care, provider agencies, and State Agencies. Prior to transitioning to the Senior Director role Kenneth serviced as the Manager of Services for people with I/DD and TBI at North Carolina Medicaid where his role included engagement around the NC Innovations Waiver, the NC TBI Waiver, Research Based – Health Treatment, 1915(i) services, Employment Services and Medicaid Transformation.
