Sarah Crawford
Sarah Crawford has served as CEO of TLC since 2020, returning to the organization where she previously led development efforts from 2011 to 2015. In addition to her leadership at TLC, Sarah is a current member of the North Carolina General Assembly, previously serving as a State Senator (2021–2022) and now as a State Representative (2023–present). With a background in national nonprofit program leadership and public policy, Sarah brings deep expertise in funding, advocacy, and system-wide solutions for people with disabilities.
