Karen Carloni
Karen Carloni is the Director of Boundless Advantage, where she oversees merger integrations. Previously serving as the Executive Vice President of Market Intelligence for OPEN MINDS, Inc., Karen led the content development, editorial process, and executive education production for C-Suites in the IDD, Behavioral Health, and Substance Use Disorder markets. She also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Cornerstone Montgomery, a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center, where she led post-merger transition and integrated behavioral health programs. In this role, she navigated complex organizational changes and oversaw the successful implementation of programs, contracts, and grants for this $33 million, 450-person organization.
Previously serving as the Executive Director at Southern MD Community Network, Inc., Karen executed the strategic merger with Cornerstone. Her fiscal, operational, and clinical oversight positioned the agency for partnership. Her collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and dedication to excellence in service delivery showcase her continuing commitment to positively impacting her community.
With a Master of Arts degree from the University of South Florida, Karen is a Nationally Certified Counselor and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in MD and SC. By leveraging her expertise and passion for mental wellness, Karen continues to be interested in growing clinically excellent, diverse, and sustainable organizations.
