Joleane I. Ferris
Joleane I. Ferris is the Supervisory Care Manager for the Care Management Team (CMT) with TLC, where she leads a dynamic team of Care Managers and Care Extenders. TLC joined the Care Management movement in 2023 and since then, the TLC CMT has been small and mighty. The TCM team serves adults and children across five counties, ensuring access to services, waiver programs, and resources. Joleane strives to be a protector for any underserved and underrepresented community. Her passion is to utilize her knowledge and expertise to offer assistance and growth opportunities for individuals to achieve person-centered and realistic goals. Joleane believes that every single individual has a born purpose and every achievement, even on a seemingly small scale, is a victory for our society.
