Sarah Moser
Sarah Moser, resource developer, training developer, and training facilitator with the non-profit Creating a Family: Support • Train • Strengthen / Foster • Adoptive • Kinship, brings over 30 years of teaching experience with all age levels of public schools, the college level, and adult learners. She was part of the development team for the Prenatal Substance Exposure Workshop for Parents and Prenatal Substance Exposure Training for Child Welfare Staff. She holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education. Trained in the FASCETS Neurobehavioral Model, Ms. Moser has facilitated prenatal substance exposure trainings for over 1,000 resource parents and child welfare professionals. She is a licensed foster parent and biological mother of two.
