Our Mission

“To promote the overall improvement of both the quality and quantity of habilitation and rehabilitation services in the community.”

VISION

We envision a provider community within the Health & Human Services delivery system that is a full partner with consumers, family members, advocates, and policy makers in creating service options for all individuals living with mental health, developmental disabilities and addictive disorders. 

VALUES Relevance:  We value constructive dialog, within the political arena, based on a foundation of trust and mutual respect, that results in policy and structure necessary for a quality community-based system of care;

Consumer Choice:  We believe that people come first and are entitled to choose to make their own life choices whenever possible;

Ethics:   We value ethical service delivery, business practices and professional behavior;

Sustainability:   We value fair and reasonable reimbursement that supports sustainable provider business models and promotes a workforce that is respected, competent and fairly compensated;

Communication/Collaboration:   We value communication and collaboration among member organizations and external partners for work toward common goals.
